The Location

The development is situated within a quiet residential area on the outskirts of San Miguel. It is within 40 minutes of Alicante Airport and 25 minutes of Murcia Airport, and is a short distance south of the coastal town of Torrevieja. It is only 5 minutes drive into the town centre of San Miguel as well as the old town centre and port area of Torrevieja, with its wonderful shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is also only 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Murcia.

The Development Itself

The life interest plan gives one the right to live independently on the development. The private contract issued will enable the purchaser to have exclusive rights to a property of their choosing for as long as they so require, i.e. their lifetime. With this if need be, residents will also have the right to sell their lease back to the company on their departure. Upon their death, the refund will be passed over to their inheritors. (Based upon approval by the company).

Payment Terms

3,000€ reservation, 15% of property price after 1 month plus 12,000€ admin fee, 25% after a further 4 months and final payment upon completion.
