Inspection Visit Booking Form
The trip to Spain from the UK is such that THE CLIENT arranges the flights; KEI HOMES arranges the transfers to and from the nearest airport in Spain, the transfers to and from the development etc, and also the three night’s half board accommodation. (The flights can be organised by KEI HOMES). The above costs are all down to the Client. However, part of the trip costs will be reimbursed if there is a subsequent purchase of a KEI HOMES retirement property (to a maximum of £160/225€ per participating person). An initial deposit of £100 or 150€ is required per person towards the costs involved within Spain.
Visitors can also make their own arrangements for travel outside of KEI HOMES. The same refund offer of up to £160/225€ per participating person will apply, once the sale reaches exchange of contracts and/or when 25% of the purchase price has been paid).
Appointments for persons within Spain are arranged for viewing trips, and transport to and from the developments can also be arranged.

Terms And Conditions
- Bookings are not accepted or confirmed until funds have been received. You will then receive a receipt on completion of your booking.
- Details of flight, (if Kei Homes is arranging) departure times etc, are confirmed in writing.
- The costs or some of the costs of the flights/inspection trip may be reimbursed and is solely for those persons who are joining our group with a view to inspecting and consequently purchasing one of our properties.
- Tickets cannot be transferred or money refunded for any reason once a booking has been made.
- Flights are either by scheduled or charter airline services who arrange their own times and routings.
- For those seeking to travel at short notice, every endeavour will be made to secure a suitable reservation.
- N.B. Travel and medical insurance are not included.
