The Location

Located in the extreme South of Portugal, the Algarve is a region known for its beautiful sunshine and golden beach shores. The Development

  1. 6,100 sq metre plot at the main square of the village with permission to build an accommodation unit with up to 110 beds (55 rooms) and a maximum of 4,100 sq metre of constructed area. This central building will be the basis of the associated activities and amenities.
  2. More than 60 independent urban buildings and lots to be refurbished and converted to adapted housing around the central building.

    In some of these units, several clusters of autonomous apartments will be built according to the area of each lot and the best integration within the local architecture.

Purchase Options

Rental or purchase

  1. Properties will be offered for sale either Freehold or part own/part rent. Freehold prices will start from 175,000€
  2. Assisted Living Rooms will be offered to rent starting at 2000€ Per Month inclusive.

Life Right of Use:

This includes a reducing percentage return upon death/departure within 10 years. Property prices from 117,000€ for a two bedroomed apartment*

*Prices are set based on the buyer being aged 65

A premium of 3,500€ will be applied per year for a single person or the youngest person in a couple under this age, down to 55 years.

A reduction of 2,500€ will be applied per year for a single person above the age of 65 making this a very economic proposition.

The private contract issued will enable the purchaser to have exclusive rights to a property of their choosing for as long as they so require, i.e. their lifetime. With this purchase option, residents will also have the right to a refund on their departure on a sliding scale of up to 10 years from the original purchase. Upon their death, the refund will be passed over to their heirs. (Based upon approval by the company).
